CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Registration for the RWISO conference can be made on-line or via a downloaded registration form.

Registrations received prior to April 18, 2011 qualify for the Early Bird rate. Registrations received between April 18 and May 6th qualify for the Advance Registration rate. After May 6th registrations are considered Onsite Registrations. Please do not send any forms to the RWISO office after May 6th.

To qualify for the member rate you must be a member in good standing with RWISO. Non-members can purchase a membership if they so desire, but it is not required to attend the RWISO conference.

Individuals that would like to participate for a single day are encouraged to register in advance.

Please Note: Conference Seating is limited and registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Each registered attendee will receive a confirmation once they register. Registration will be accepted onsite at the conference; however this there is no guarantee that space will be available.

Thursday Limited Attendance Sessions

There are two sessions scheduled for Thursday, May 19th that are limited attendance. Individuals are encouraged to register in advance for those sessions. They are on a first come, first serve basis. Once the sessions are filled, no one else will be admitted. Those that register in advance will be given an admittance ticket in their registration packet. You will need this ticket in order to attend these sessions. The two sessions are:

1. Splint Adjustments from A-Z presented by Dr. Jeff McClendon, USA
2. Indirect Bonding Technique presented by Dr. Renato Cocconi, Italy and Dr. Jorge Ayala, Chile

These sessions will not be recorded on the Conference DVD.

Meal Functions

The full conference registration fee includes breakfast, lunch and breaks each day. It also includes the Farewell Reception on Friday night. The Thursday Gala Dinner is included in all registration fees except the Exhibitors and Orthodontic Staff. Breakfast and Breaks are divided into AM and PM breaks. All breaks will be held in the exhibitor area. All other meals are on your own.

Orthodontic Staff

This rate is available only to office staff. This rate does NOT include the Saturday Gala.

Guests

Guests are those that have not previously attended an RWISO conference and are not currently enrolled in an approved Roth Williams Course. Guests are also friends or associates of a current RWISO member and are afforded the same rate as members.

General Dentists (Friday Only)

We have developed a special daily rate for General Dentists wishing to participate in the RWISO conference. This special rate is available for Friday Only. It includes access to the farewell reception.

Students

The student rate is only available to those individuals that are enrolled as an orthodontic resident in a university. The student rate is not available for Orthodontists that are enrolled in a Roth Williams Course.

Companions

RWISO considers companions as spouses, significant others and families traveling with the conference attendee. Companions are welcome to participate in the Thursday Gala Dinner and the Farewell Reception. Tickets will need to be purchased in advance for these events. Companions are not allowed to attend any of the general meetings, meals, or educational sessions.

2. Optional Fees are set prices and will not change based on when purchased.
