Costs & Special Rates
 Registrations received prior to August 8, 2010 qualify for the Early Bird fee.
Registrations received between August 9th and September 5th qualify for the Advance Registration fee.
After September 5th registrations are considered Onsite Registrations. Please do not send any forms to the RWISO office after September 5th.
To qualify for the member rate you must be a member in good standing with RWISO. Non-members can purchase a membership if they so desire, but it is not required to attend the RWISO conference.
Individuals that would like to participate for a single day are encouraged to register in advance.
Please Note: Conference Seating is limited and registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Each registered attendee will receive a confirmation once they register. Registration will be accepted onsite at the conference, however this there is no guarantee that space will be available.
Meal Functions
Your conference registration fee includes lunch and breaks each day and the Thursday night Welcome Reception. If you are staying at the Radisson hotel, breakfast is included with your stay. The Saturday Gala is included in all registration fees except the Orthodontic Staff. Breaks are divided into AM and PM breaks. All breaks will be held in the exhibitor area. All other meals are on your own.
Orthodontic Staff
This rate is available only to office staff. This rate does NOT include the Saturday Gala.
Guests
Guests are those that have not previously attended an RWISO conference and are not currently enrolled in an approved Roth Williams Course. Guests are also friends or associates of a current RWISO member and are afforded the same rate as members.
Students
The student rate is only available to those individuals that are enrolled as an orthodontic resident in a university. The student rate is not available for Orthodontists that are enrolled in a Roth Williams Course.
Companions
RWISO considers companions as spouses, significant others and families travelling with the conference attendee. Companions are welcome to participate in the Thursday welcome reception and the Saturday Gala. Tickets will need to be purchased in advance for these events. Companions are not allowed to attend any of the general meetings, meals, or educational sessions.
