Exhibitors and Sponsors
Each year RWISO is fortunate to have many quality Exhibitors and Sponsors who participate in the conference. In part, thanks to their contributions, we are able to keep the cost of our conferences affordable for our attendees. Exhibitors and Sponsors receive some tangible benefits from participation, but the biggest benefit is recognition. Please do your part to thank these companies for their participation. At each of the various events these companies will be recognized with signage as well as listed in the conference program guide.

Conference Recording
There are no plans to record the 2018 conference. This means that there are also no DVD's that will be sold. To hear the presentations you need to be present. As a reminder, you are not allowed to record any of the presentations with your own recording device.

Table Clinic and Poster Contest
There will not be any Table Clinic or Poster Contest this year.

CE Credit
CE Credit forms will be distributed electronically after the conference.

There will not be a translation system during the conference. The lectures and PowerPoint presentations will all be in English. However, we will have translators present to assist with translation needs.

RWISO has certain policies regarding the conference. These policies are strictly adhered too.

No company is allowed to distribute their product and/or service literature for general consumption. The two exceptions to this are distribution in their exhibit space and/or as a benefit of their paid sponsorship.

  • Individual Recording
